On June 10th, 2024, during the Annual Meeting of Clutex, the technical textiles cluster, in Broumov, Czech Republic, the TwinRevolution Multiplier Event took place. This gathering was designed to share the outcomes of the TwinRevolution project, which is focused on supporting digital and green transitions in the manufacturing and traditional industry sectors through innovative vocational education and training (VET) resources. The event attracted CEOs of textile companies, researchers, teachers, and trainers.
The event’s primary goals were to introduce the TwinRevolution project, showcase its results, and present tools such as the interactive platform and free e-training course. The discussions highlighted the significance of these transitions for the textile industry and offered practical insights into the project’s resources.
As part of the workshop program at the Annual Meeting of Clutex, the event featured a blend of lectures and practical demonstrations, including an overview of the website, infographics, and videos/modules. Additional details were provided through leaflets and individual consultations with the speakers. Invitations were sent to approximately 60 targeted industry professionals.
Participants expressed strong interest in the module content, particularly in understanding how to log in and meet the course requirements. The event also facilitated B2B meetings where project representatives explored potential collaborations, such as detailed presentations at secondary industrial schools and specialized lectures.
A satisfaction survey conducted at the end of the event revealed high levels of satisfaction, with an overall score of 89,25% The speakers, organization, timing, and location of the event received excellent ratings. The clarity and relevance of the content, as well as the usefulness of the e-learning platform and interactive tools, were also highly rated.
The TwinRevolution Multiplier Event in the Czech Republic successfully met its objectives, as reflected in the positive feedback from participants. The discussions underscored the potential of the TwinRevolution tools to support both educational institutions and companies, emphasizing their role in promoting a greener and more digitally empowered future.
